What is Company Registration?
Company registration is the legal process required to form a corporate entity or company. It's a crucial step for businesses to become recognized under the law, ensuring legal protection, identity, and financial advantages.

Documents Required for Company Registration in India:

 For Indian Nationals:

1.    Scanned copy of PAN card and Aadhar card of all Directors
2.    Passport size photograph of Directors
3.   Scanned copy of Proof of Identity (Voter ID/Passport/Driving License) and Residential address of Directors( Bank statement / Electricity Bill/Mobile Bill) not older than 2 months.
4.  Proof of registered office of the Company( business address proof / Utility Bill/Electricity Bill/notarised Rent Agreement) 
5.  Email Id and Mobile number of each individual proposed director/subscriber.
6. Two Proposed unique names of the Company 
7. Brief with respect to nature of work/business to be done under the company

 For Foreign Nationals:

1.    Notarized and apostilled documents.
2.    Passport size photograph.
3.    Passport for nationality proof.
4.    Address proof (Driving License/Bank Statement/utility bill not older than 2 months).

 Documents for Registered Office:

1.    Scanned copy of Business address proof not older than 2 months or 
2.    Scanned Copy of notarised Rent Agreement for rented properties or
3.     Scanned copy of no-objection certificate from the property owner or
4.     Scanned copy of sale deed/property deed in English (in case of owned property)

Process:

1. Book a Request: Initiate the registration process by choosing the right class and category of company, proposing unique business names, and selecting the main division of industrial activities.
  
2. Submit Documents: Provide all required documents, including personal identification, address proofs, and specific documents for the registered office.

3. Verify Registration Documents: We will verify the documents submitted by you and ask for additional  information regarding capital, directors, and legal declarations.

4.DSC and Name Approval : We will apply for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and seek approval for your company name from MCA.

5. Filing Confirmation: We will draft and file the incorporation form, including the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), along with other necessary documents and declarations.

6. Certificate of Incorporation Shared: After due verification, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) will grant the Certificate of Incorporation, marking the completion of the registration process, we will provide you with the copy of incorporation certificate.

Tentative Time: Our experts will complete the entire company incorporation process within 15 days from the date of receipt of all documents
